 Q: "Is TheMoldPEN™ permanent?"

   A: Yes! Once dried, the solution is permanent! Please take extra caution when applying TheMoldPEN™ to ANY surfaces. We (TheMoldPEN.com) CAN NOT be held liable for ANY damages that may occur during your application process.   

 

Q: " How long until you ship my order?"

  A: We typically aim to ship orders within the same purchase date, But please allow up to 4 business days for processing.

Q: " Does it kill mold or just cover it up?"

  A: Our advanced formula does NOT kill mildew. It does however, Cover up existing mildew and prevents new mildew from growing! 

 

Q: " How do i use it?" 

  A: You simply shake the TheMoldPEN™ for 10-20 secs (depending on temperature) Remove the cap, and press the tip of the TheMoldPEN™ onto your work area "(ie, bathtub caulking)" multiple times until the tip becomes white. (each pen comes with 2 tips, 1 that is already installed. 1 that is included inside the packaging ) "Be careful not to press too many times, The contents of TheMoldPEN™ can "ooze" down the tip creating a mess."

Once you have the "Shake, Push" steps down. All that's left to do now is Draw! With the tip damp from the solution, begin to draw over your existing caulking. Pushing in the tip of the pen as needed, keeping the tip damp. ( 2 coats may be required. ) Allow at least 2 hours in between the first coat (depending on temperature. If below 65 degrees allow 3 hours)
